枸杞的功效:
养肝明目
枸杞又叫“名目子”,枸杞子含有丰富的胡萝卜素、维生素A1、B1、B2、C等钙、铁等健康眼睛的必需营养元素,对眼睛好。而枸杞多糖可以抑制脂肪在肝细胞内沉积,促进肝细胞新生以及修复,特别适合肝火旺的人,而中医经常说“养肝明目”,因为肝和眼睛是相通的,肝正常,眼睛自然就会好。枸杞+胎菊尤为适合经常面对电脑人群,熬夜人群。
提高免疫力,防癌抗癌
